Symantec seems to be running as it should. The message is being generated from Microsoft's Problem soultions center. It just started happening a week ago. My first thought is that an update from microsoft is causing this, but I can't proove it.

Doesnt work for me. It installs, but after a few restarts, the auto-protect automatically disables. I have ensured that defender is completely disabled, and this worked for a time, but it is back to its auto-disabling routine. Any help?? Yes, it is doing this action, but soon it works normally.
