They unleashed a bio-attack on the world, aimed at the US, and have caused a terrible amount of death and suffering without taking responsibility.
I will never order from VistaPrint again until they severe all ties to China. I ordered 3 masks and May. Two arrived, one did not. Of the two that arrived 1 was defective. Now they are telling me that the missing mask is still at the warehouse and the replacement mask will come at the end of July. Offered to take a different pattern. Management would only offer a refund. I need a mask, not a refund. Do not order from Vistaprint!
I placed an order for a few face masks. After not receiving my order past the estimated delivery date which was 3 weeks , I contacted their customer service. Their recommendation was "to reorder the masks to ensure that you will receive them, should in case this order is stuck" I mean I know you already paid, and have waited over 3 weeks for your product, that we already should have ensured it be delivered, but let's place the order again to ensure you get it this time in case something was stuck.
I would never recommend them and would discourage anyone from using them. I received one within 10 days delivered from a US location. The second one appeared to be shipping from China which I never received and would not have ordered if I knew it was shipping internationally.
At least Vistaprint credited me for the second mask. I ordered 4 logo printed mugs and they were shipped UPS in an unmarked box nothing that says fragile that was meant to hold six mugs with a top one sheet layer of bubble wrap over mugs in cardboard slots, a roll of bubble wrap in the empty 2 slots for the mug and handle.
And bottom of one mug chipped. One mug survived. The printing looks great. Online chat customer service was great. I offered up pictures and Customer service resent me 3 mugs. They shipped three in the same flimsy 6 mug box.
Two are broken so bad the handles are shattered into many pieces. Looks almost deliberant. Not going to bother with customer service because I will just get more broken mugs. I do not recommend the mugs for delivery to Pennsylvania in the USA. They need to rethink their packaging for mugs or state order in quantities of 6. Customer service did a very good job and deserves a 5 star as it was not their fault their packaging and shipping breaks the items.
However I am not paying top dollar for damaged goods. So bottom line is buy mugs elsewhere. Tip for consumers: Mug handles will breakoff. Not packaged well enough for shipping. Company address on billing is in Netherlands. Label on shipment in the US is from a printing company in Reno, Nevada. The site was a bit confusing. So I waited until the next day to call. As they had personalized note cards or personalized anything, really.
I couldn't figure it out. When I called, I spoke with Tanika, who was in Jamaica, snipitty snap and we were done. I received the post cards with my first grade picture plastered on. Got here in just a few days as promised. Highly recommend this business. Very poor customer service.
Ordered in May. After lengthy wait was told there was a back order. Arrived after 6 weeks, but not the correct masks. They substituted designs that I did not order or like. Told me one mask was no longer available even though they are still selling it on their mask website.
Vistaprint, if you don't have the masks, available, don't take people's money and don't make substitutions! I was told they would refund for one mask and replace the other five masks that they substituted. We shall see, but I don't hold out any hope.
Masks are made in China! All product that I have purchased are of low quality, banners fading within a 12 months, t-shirts very low quality fabric falling apart in the wash as well as fading after a couple of time's in the wash. They have no control or knowledge of the delivery service and will not mail to P.
O Box's anymore. When trying to get help they give the runaround and blame anyone but themselves. Highly do not recommend doing business with Vistaprint in any form. I signed up for a website design and my intent was to pay them a monthly fee to manage the site. I cannot for the life of me get them to actually read what I needed them to do. It was not complicated. They kept saying they updated the information, they did not.
Very dissapointing. They have took money from me and sent me a confirmation email with a tracking number but never send me my cards when i have contacted them they said my payment didn't go through they made me wait 12 days for nothing They have hurt my business unprofessional customer service Scammers.
I ordered small product labels. Needed some help with it and the customer service person ended up ordering me mailing labels. I did notice it before completing order called back spoke with someone who said sure i can change it to small product labels. And i even added 10 glossy on small product label I called for help. Got an email first saying they are really both rounded edges. Which they are not. And sorry for the problem. Then i responded and someone else got back to me and said look in your history it says product labels.
So that is what we sent. Talk about passing the buck. I responded to him and nobody even bothered. That is crummy service. We did graduation invites and the were awesome! We put my daughters gradation pictures on the invitation the price was better than anywhere else! If you need them in a hurry - you would have to pay extra shipping is all. Yes - awhile back and its easy but seamless.
Otherwise, the platform is easy but just takes some tweaking. The final choice you need to make is delivery speed, and thus cost. As is so often the case, the middle option probably makes sense. I originally went through this process last Saturday 24th Feburary and, with Standard delivery, the cards arrived with me yesterday morning Weds 28th February.
In terms of quality, Instaprint has the clear edge. Obviously, you can overcome this by upgrading to a higher gsm card on Vistaprint, but that pushes the price for cards up by another fiver. Where Vistaprint wins out — by a nose — is that its colours are a little more accurate. While the buying decision might seem simple, I do have some consolation news — because Vistaprint has a slick post-ordering process to match its website.
For a start, because I registered as a business when I signed up to the site, it automatically sent me a VAT invoice. Read this next: How do I design my own business logo?
